IPs 100+ are only on US East.
And as I know DC spawn on all the games on this server so no matter is it softcore, hardcore, ladder or not.

oh yeah you're right about the hard/soft core.
but ladder and non-ladder games are on separate IPs. they were split a few years back.

I checked that few days ago. I've made a non ladder char and created few games and i got same IPs as ladder.

Oh neat. I can't find any mention of them being merged back together again. Good to know. Hopefully they also spawn together as well.
