3 pb 20fcr 2s helm( use 2x 20life 15 all res jewels or better) try to max out resist
enigma( EOB or EOD if possible to get for you)
arach
2 x soj
3 pb 10fcr amu(white set up) 2 nec 20 fcr amu for hoto set up
aldurs or any boots you prefer. maybe 3 res if you are lack of resist
trang or magefist gloves
for max dmg use 8 spear white rw wand + (spirit 35fcr) if possible get SOP 35 for more resist fire
for max block use hoto rw + (storm shield bered)
9 x pb sks
anni+ torch
wisp + raven in stash. 1 x 10fcr ring for hoto set up
