Why does this ammy's title text have a different color? It kind of has a rainbow changing effect?

Also, with this ammy equipped, should the "Avatar of Fire" node be illuminated?

and no the avatar of fire node is not allocated like annoint, you just get its effect from the amu

I didn't realize there was a legacy version of this O.o

Its not legacy. It's from Timeworn reliquary from Delve league. Timeworn reliquary dropped league specific items with that wierd color

It is a legacy. Maybe not this exact amulet but any timeworn relic will be a legacy version of the item.

Relic versions aren't always legacy. Non-legacy Relic Kaoms exist that have the %Fire damage modifier.
It's only a legacy item if it has a legacy mod roll (for Kaoms' Heart, that'd be +1000 life & no %Fire dmg mod.)
