I recently got back into d2, seems US East is the last active server.
I tried xpac ladder but its all bots, I'm looking for the nostalgia of actually playing with people and running chaos etc.
So my question is... Are people actually playing Classic? I see its still alive for trading but how about chaos run games, trade games and duels etc?

Currently I'm leveling up in USEast Softcore Ladder classic, hopefully peeps still play I'd love to do chaos runs again with a mix of actual people playing and others who just got rushed and are lvl 25. Sadly this experience is gone in xpac.
Let me know what you active peeps in the classic scene think thanks.

I don't play classic but I don't think LoD is that bad. Yeah, there are a lot of bots but it shouldn't affect you if you're looking for people to play with anyways.

Think of it like, there are great transportations out there, like bullet trains or airplanes. But you don't have to take them. You can just walk hehe xDDD

There are a lot of great friendly community out there. I'm not sure if I can mention it in public but if you're interested. I can guide you.

You may want to consider one of the modded servers for the experience you're looking for.
