They trigger me so bad its fucking unreal...whenever it comes to personal mobile or business

I got a new mobile phone deal with a new company, our previous company got all fucking butthurt that i left them without letting them know and threatened me that i should return all mobile phone devices back to them, which turned out to be total bullshit...and waste of my time

So the new company aint better ether...

before contract got signed they used ring me 20 time per day, it was very fucking annoying actually

once contract got signed, iv noticed that we have over payed on our first few bills

company said that we will get our money back for that, it took me like 2 month to chase this up, i had to ring them every week to get this moving forward, they would never call me back even tho every time i spoke to them they said someone will get back to me but no one ever did....so about 2 month later they told me that they cant get my money back as it wasn't their fault or some shit lol!

so i went on internet and left bad review

what do you know.....the little snakes rang me up like 10 min later begging me to remove it and said that they will get our money back ASAP!

bro i lost literally 10 hours on phone with Bell.. I ended up sending them an invoice of 1000$ (100$/h x 10h) which they haven't replied and/or paid.

leave bell. they're so anti-consumer and Rogers has improved their service and customer service drastically.

I had 20 minutes to burn the other day and decided to call Rogers and tell them I can't afford my bill anymore... they credited me 300$ LOL

I left Bell no worries. Worse company i ever dealt with, i dont even get how its still such a big company..

its weird how all mobile companies all over the world are exactly same...

I like koodo, (telus sister company) they leave you alone, bills are correct, good coverage and network.

Phone companies have contracts still?

I thought they all made the switch to no contract.

The only "contract" is paying monthly for a new phone with them.
But sounds like you have a phone already.
