Played only cyclone or flicker strike for several leagues.

Deciding between:

CI ice nova
Ice Shot Bow
Kinetic Blast/Power Siphon

I would like to do content easy not necessarily fast with good defenses.

im thinking of going CI mjolner ball lightning now. Prob dumb 150-200 ex into the build

Sounds pretty meme.

I've leveled ice shot / KB to 100 this league. Ice shot is a little safer.

Never. KB still uses barrage as ST.

is IS still bad single target? 99% complain even with 6l swap the single target is atrocious

Iceshot can be scaled to single target with barrage support, or if you're juicing, you should one shot bosses with the mirage archer set up anyways.
