But remember, if you pay and treat well your employees, they will stay and you will eventually save money, by saving time! Constantly hunting and training new ones is an annoying task.

That's not even a legal wage here.

Everywhere in the world is different, here you can live well on it and there has been a lot of people I've hired where it was a pay raise.
