What’s the best way to achieve 95% es on a sorc without stating anything into es? Is this even possible?

Also, for 95% es sorcs, is max telekinesis required still? I was wondering if I should do a blend of hard es points to reach 95% es and rest into telek while maintaining maximum damage.

You'd need level 40 ES to achieve 95%. It's definitely possible but lots of prebuffing. Including 9x Lightning gcs, full prebuff gear and Memory.

and yes, max telekinesis is recommended to make each point of mana more valuable

Okay maybe not doable without a single hard point in ES.

+1 Arach
+9 Memory
+13 Inventory

95% es is reached at skill lvl 40
you can get up to +35es, so you need at least 5 hard points for 95%
maxing telek is like multiplying your mana by 2.7
each point in telek is a better investment than the previous one, so stopping short of 20 is a terrible idea
