Welcome to the Offical MLD GM Zeal tournament Event (AKA Prince of Zeal) sign up thread!

Sign ups start as soon as this page goes out and will last until March 1st.

This is our seventh annual mld zeal event! HOLY FREAKING CRAP!
We encourage all active Mlders on East Non-Ladder to participate!
Please try and spread the word so we have the maximum amount of fun!
You will have about a month and a half put a zealer together if you are new to the art.

To participate in this tournament, there's a 0fg pot donation entry fee.
Anyone is free to sign up!

When sending the donations, please use the description "MLDZEAL"
I will be making a personal contribution of 1,000fg to the pot to get things started!
We hope for some other large donations to make things more high-stakes and fun!!
Don't forget about those trophies!!!!

~!~ This tournament will have a large pot reward for the top 3 zealers ~!~

This is the payout format:
1st place – 60% Total donations

2nd place – 30% Total donations

3rd place – 10% Total donations

This will be a Swiss style tournament.
The winner of each round is determined by a series of ft10s being best of three.
Each participant duels at least 4 other players.

We will not be allowing some items:

Life tap items
Enchant items
Amp items
Necro curse items
Unperms
Eth items that are not self-repair
Poison charms
Slow target items
Knock back items
Lavagout Gloves
Hybrid Runewords

yes, you guys can use oath runewords this year

A few more rules:
▪You must be level 49.
▪ No more than 200 total elemental damage.
▪ You can have throwing weapons, you just can't throw them.
▪ All matches will be conducted in Nightmare difficulty in the Inner Cloister.
▪ The outcome will be posted in the event thread with verification of both duelers.
▪ Each player may call "misclick" or "mc" twice per duel, to signal a redo of the fight.
▪ Do not prebuff. Holy Shield must be cast outside of town.
▪ No third party programs.
▪ All your charms and gear will be checked.
▪ Gear changes are allowed between rounds, as long as you are checked again
▪ Your belt will be filled with TP scrolls or empty. You have to show belt to the ref during gear checking.
▪ During any point in the match the ref can kill you to ensure the body is not str bugged, or to remove something that has been cast.
▪ If you have paid the entry fee, but decide not to participate in the tournament, you will be refunded (only before the tourney starts).
▪ You must stay active in the tournament.
