I am selling the item for MAX price. 400 fg is an incentive for someone to buy it fast, as I need money.

This person can then sell the weapon if they want... selling it for MIN price will mean they "lost" 316,550,000. So if you want to be precise, that is what I am buying for 400fg. Less if someone decides to sell it for more or just use it.

ALSO... this is the easiest way to get FG out of Black Desert. I don't see any other convenient way to transfer cash. Well maybe besides services like leveling up, that noone needs.
