Disable all chat and team chat, hide teammates' names - you get the custom bots game experience. Less tilt, less negative emotions. Sometimes you get to play the scenario where your team sucks, sometimes your bots are decent. I've been trying this strategy for a few games now and it immediately removed my tilt.
