Europe Non-Ladder 1v1 Level 18 Tournament
========================================================= Winner takes 750fg, runner up takes 250fg.If the number of characters is between 8 and 16 this will be a double elimination knockout competition. Greater than 16 and it will be 2x groups with the top two from each group facing off in a semi final.
(For those of you wondering how double elim works, this is a straight knockout competition, however if you lose in the main bracket you will fall into the losers bracket. The winner of the losers bracket will have the chance to play the winner in a grand final, however he/she will have to win 2x FT5 vs the winner's bracket winner if he wants to win the title, whereas the winner's bracket winner only has to win one FT5.)Sign ups last until 31st January. Tournament starts 1st February.Players may enter with 2 characters if they desire. The two characters cannot be the same build or similar (i.e. zeal and smite not allowed but kick and bfsin would be fine).
- DOUBLE ELIM - If you have entered with two characters, the first character that drops to the loser's bracket is eliminated entirely (i.e. its only possible to have 1 char in the loser's bracket).
- DOUBLE ELIM - If your two characters get drawn against each other, then the one with the fewest lost rounds will proceed automatically while the other char is eliminated entirely
- GROUP VERSION - If possible, one of your characters will be in each group. In the event of both qualifying, the one with the highest points will progress.
Once you know who your opponent is you have 3 days to schedule your duel. Allowances can be made if a genuine effort has been made to schedule, however admin losses will be handed out if people are not shown to be cooperative in their scheduling.

RULES

Duels are first to 5 and will be held in the Blood Moor. Leaving the Blood Moor or hiding in a house is an autoloss for the round.
No shrines, potions, mercenaries, dupes or any kind of program modifications (hacks). No spells before the start of the duel.
No WSG. No overly defensive play to replenish life and/or mana. No cube in inventory.
Token not allowed during the tournament. Gear/inventory/skill distribution must be shown on request with a time stamp.
No more than 75 max res. No more than 25 replenish life.
No use of Nef on weapons (exceptions: Ranger's Bow, Bfsin Claw).
Ethereal items may not be used in a way that reduces their durability.
No more than 5 Magic Damage Reduction.
Class Specific RulesNecromancer- 5 Bonewalls per screen maximum. No boxing/enclosing yourself.
- Life Tap and Iron Maiden are banned.
- Clay Golem limited to 1 skill point. Can only be used vs Paladins and Bowazons.
- Bone Armor may be recast once (i.e. cast twice in one duel) vs a Bowazon, otherwise it can only be cast once.
Paladins- "Holy Freeze", "Holy Bolt", "Prayer" and "Cleansing" may not be used.
- Maximum 1 point into might and charge. Exceptions: Smiters and libbys may put excess skill points in charge and might, however they may not use might or conc while charging.
- Clay Golem limited to 1 skill point. Can only be used vs Paladins and Bowazons.
Amazons- Treads of Cthon may not be used on a Bowazon
- Life rep is capped at 15 for bowazons
- No T/C shooting or Farcasting
- "Slow Missles" is banned.
Druids- "Cyclone Armor" may not be recast
