So I grushed a char to hell and did not complete the diablo quest. I lvled the char in chaos to 80 and then geared it. Im making the game with a char that has the quest done and then joining the game with my non competed quest sorceress.

I havent seen any difference in the loot dropping ( No excessive amounts of rares etc...)

I'm wondering if I am doing this right. From what ive noticed, there is very little difference.

I believe it is the other way around. Not really sure though.

Sounds like you're doing it right. Do you have MF on your sorceress?

It is extremely noticable on classic when you're killing him with no (or very little) MF items.

The way you did it first is correct, but excessive rares are only from classic not from LoD.

You still get better drop rate tho.

If you want to know if you're doing this correctly, try to look at the durability of any magic(blue) item that dropped.
durability should be doubled if it's bugged.

My bad sorry, https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=71142281

I've done it a while with my bo char creating the game that stays in act1. It appears that has been a huge waste of my time :D

In my exp, it's common to see not much difference in LoD

If u want more rare, you can try this with 0 mf.

Imho, not worth it in LoD.
