maybe this will work?

if i try to make the line around your name any smaller, it has breaks in the line due to resizing for jsp.

I really like the first one better. I don't like the outline around the flag. You could make my name a little bigger and I wouldn't mind. And if you would add more of the pretty shamrocks. Then give me a price and we're all set
