These weapons are usually useful on a fire-claw druid but must have 40 IAS and 2 sockets for max frames
242 AR is suspect. I can see 242 AR on an Eth Cruel weapon but not a fools weapon. Is this a real Item??? or Hero Editor? I didn't do enough research to verify this statement. So don't mark my words on it.
The name Pain Scratch.. The name Scratch is the first choice if im not mistaken in Hero Editor. Should of changed the name of this weapon to make it look less shopped. Or it's a coincidence.
