pending on a lot of circumstances, a lot.

edit: i can suggest trying to run CPUID's HWMonitor and see if you notice any spikes from a specific component during use.
edit 2: i have a 12+ year old pc that runs diablo 2 and agario just fine. it's only a duo core AMD without a dedicated gpu.
these games should run without issue from component tbh.

this is what it looks like when i just have one tab open in chrome with agario running retina with skins (and its choppy af)

well... according to HWMonitor. at least 1 of your cpu cores are getting insanely hot.
i'm not exactly sure why it's not separating the cores for you on the temperature tab, but hitting 101c anywhere on cpu isn't good.

i would try replacing the thermal compound between cpu and heatsink. there's a good chance it's just dried up and not working properly.
it could still be other issues, but seeing a temp that high, it's a good place to start.

I'll check. I left one tab open with just an article on it and it was running at 56C. As soon as I load agario and spectate for a minute, right back up to 90+

i'm also reading complaints of this cpu either running hot at idle, or "burning out" in time.

if you're using a stock cooler, you can debate getting a better one. at that point though, it might be worth considering upgrading.
after replacing thermal compound, re-check HWMonitor and you can better judge from there.

just watching youtube in regular mode, comments and all on my tiny 17 inch monitor @ 720p, it never lagged or got loud but it went up to 107C. i can run d2 with zero issues and never above 60C

havent had a chance to redo the thermal yet. perhaps this weekend. but my new monitor will be here within the next two days so might try to squeeze some time in on friday for changing the paste.
