if I play say a slot machine and it says 100% chance to win I will win 100% of the time why?? because that's how %s work

its also pretty funny how all 3 drops from a monster have + vitality pretty random huh?

Nobody besides Njaguar really knows how the ML is really working.
Keep on slashing and you will find stuff sooner or later. if you do wells, explore and use ML you will take it happen earlier (most likely)

If you play a slot machine that has +100% chance to win and your chance to win was 0.0000001%, now your chance to win is 0.0000002%

+100% means basically double the current rate... rather than .005 chance of spawn there is now .01 chance of spawn.
