hi all. i just installed an intel m.2 drive 1 TB. I have no idea what's going on since this is new tech to me. I can't find it showing up anywhere and I would like to reinstall windows on this drive.

Any tips?

Post the hardware maybe?

motherboard is ASUS Z170-A ATX DDR4 Motherboards

drive is Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 1TB PCIe

doesnt show up in device manager at all, was going to give the bios an update, but to tell you the truth i dont really know where to begin. im sure you guys are rolling your eyes lol but im not great with this stuff

Do you see it in the bios?
If so you want to assign a letter and format it in disk management.

I can see it in the bios, but do I need to enable RAID to do anything?

Raid is for 2 drives to run as 1
