everything i been trying i cant get rid of these pop ups that come in 3s and every 1 min

says google chrome ww2.putlockerfree.sc under the pop up any1 got any advice to help me i tried alot of scans

Remove all browser add-ons that you don't NEED.
Then start with malware bytes in safe mode.
