Adc veigar plays different from mid because you don't go corrupting potion. So inspiration tree becomes less valuable, and more reliance on cage placement to save hp and manage wave than in mid lane. Because your support can help you last hit under turret as well as create temporary 1v2 situations it's better to focus on hitting cage.

W is minimally used in lane until your lost chapter

actually with jinx and cait you can always make a good position also if you lose ur lane so you can use with Cait ( W ) and with Jinx you can use ( E ) so you play pretty safe and trying to get some kills when your jungler is comming

Its pretty hard if you play against a swain and Jhin if they gonna dotch you u can escape any tipps how to escape ( probalby with a morgana )

Jinx spends mana and autopushes to farm safe. So against lanes she loses the 2v2 she can get shit on really hard without being able to get jungle help. Unlike Cait who can easily last hit without messing up the wave, then using her Q in case she needs to shove out or clear under turret.

Heimerdonk

in the bot he is better then top/mid, for 2 big reasons:
1) heimer q+w automatic hit enemy champs, therefore 2 champs better then 1 champ
2) you have a support, witch can make up the bad things from heimer, thats the finishing kill, or engage or other support things like vision

heimer great adc:
1) alot of AD-scubs like sett/zed/yasuo/sena/etc occupy the mid/top/sup/jgl lane
2) AD jgl overall better then AP jgl
3) safty of heimer q, and w-farming, compared to the safty of other adc
4) AP against towers from q/r and aa > crit
5) can splitpush and jolo objectives

i played alot against Heimer, ( Elo G3-G2 ), they are pretty strong early but in mid game they gonna lose, if you take a long range Like ( Cait + Morgana ) you can dodge alot of skills of Heimer, depends how strong you play.
If they are not to greedy they gonna stay behind and will harass alot and probably outfarming.

Heimer negatives affects he is pretty slow if he getting stunned he would die pretty fast.

i did not often play that champ. so can't bring any possitves affects yet
