I turn on the computer and internet is fine but 10-15 mins later I lose connection. It happens Everytime I restart my computer. The internet is working on my other devices such as mobile and laptop. Those r connected to WiFi. I even tried to change the Ethernet cable to a different Ethernet cable and that doesn’t fix it. Even though the other Ethernet cable works fine if I connect to laptop.... thus I think the issue is in on my desktop.

Anyone have any idea on how to fix it

Probably driver related, can revisit it after you try windows 10.

Depends if its software or hardware.
If software reinstalling the driver for your network card should work.
Probably can't tell me what network card you have so check up on its hardware ID.

You'll do this but search your network card up...

my driver is up to date, just checked that.

i just uninstalled avast... i think that was causing the issue.. its working now. hopefully it doesnt come back.

think it started to happen when i installed it a few days ago idk

whats the point of having antivirus if they prevent u from doing stuff on computer.. Bitdefender was causing my league not to work the other day and i had to disable that
