Here's how whirlwind works:
As soon as whirlwind is cast, the character sequentially tries to hit with one of the weapons, main hand first.
Example: 34ias naga in main hand, 0ias naga in off hand - 4 frames for the 34ias one, 8 frames for the 0ias one, then again 4 frames, 8 frames and so on.
The whirlwind ias is based on which weapon hit first. So if you hit with the 4fpa weapon, you get 2fpa whirlwind (both weapons hit with 4fpa).
You could get away with one fast weapon in main hand, just trying to spam short wws and hoping for the better ias roll. It's not reliable though.
Almost got it
Ww has free hit checks at frames 4 and 8(maybe 2 and 4, gotta google) then its based on ur average wsm how often after that it checks for a hit again
