Of course you don't you wiped the file system.
You didn't wait for people to respond to you asking about it either so that's kinda on you.

/edit
can try running software to recover some of them so long as you didn't write too much data to the drive you may get some of it back.

wait hold on, the USB i used to boot to windows 10... i cant find any of my documents in that USB, did the boot also delete those files and replace it with other stuff?

it was lexar USB and now its name changed.
