Eat more. The only way to gain muscles is not just train but also eat at a calorie surplus

I can eat more but I just look softer. not clean mass. I feel like people have a natural limit.

Eat more to get bigger but of course when you are at a calorie surplus, you will look big and fluffy. That’s when the cut comes in.

So I'll be good if I just lift hard and intense ? I dont really have a program but I'll for example do 5 reps of heavy pulldown for a few sets, then I go a bit lighter for maybe 8or 10, the burnout at the end , lower weight a couple times getting as many reps as I can

I started kettlebell because I heard they build almost the whole body. Back, leg, shoulder, explosiveness, etc

It’s better to find a programme to follow. Depending on your goals and how many times per week you can lift, you can find one to follow. It’s better because it’ll keep you disciplined. If possible, tracking your macros will help a ton
