I didn't read thru the thread tbh. I looked at budget and location and just put that together.
@OP, building is EZ, just youtube how.

I know how to build one and have done it plenty of times. It is because I have not dealt with PC components for past 5 years and don't know which part is best bang for buck currently and what might have issues or is just overpriced. Second reason is that I am not in Finland myself so won't be able to build it. Will be ordered from Finland and shipped to Finland address. I won't be able to touch this PC prior to shipping.

Thanks for your build. I did notice neither build has OS included but the store you pointed out will do Atrhur build for less money so I can just put Win10HE to my order. Thank you both.
