League isn't about mechanical skill on any champion. (Minus riven, Lee, azir)
it's about ur knowledge of transfering micro gameplay to a macro stomp.
League has like 150 champions and only 3 of them require mechanics to be played above their average potential.
Having good macro knowledge and lane phase management, you could get diamond as a support garen
Then again not having those can keep u in silver/gold while slutting on Janna/nami/Lulu for 5 seasons in a row
