I'm trying to piece together a budget barb on ladder
I've been tinkering with the IAS calc "Diablo 2 Angriffsgeschwindigkeits Kalkulator"
and it seems like -at least for ww- ias that doesn't come from weapons doesn't count

0-30% has no effect
just for testing purposes i went all the way up to 150% ias and still was only getting 4fpa
am i doing something wrong here or does it really have no effect on ww?

i wanted to use some honor nagas as temps but the lack of ias seems to be a killer

yes for ww, only the ias on the weapon is used.

On weapon ias is only ias that matter for ww barb. 4fpa is max regardless of weapon base

So 40 ias with a 0 base. Easiest way to remember.

30 ias with-10 base

50 ias with 10 base.
