Movies don't get subbed until they get Retail released.
Since that's the only time people have access to the the actual media to sub them, if they even need subs as sometimes they get subbed for release.
That tends to be nearly a half a year after theater release for that to happen.
Your only option to see them earlier is if you get lucky and they have a limited theater release over here the in west before it comes out in retail in Japan.
the reason you don't see them is because going by the ones you listed you seem to watch only the mainstream popular stuff in the west.
so you miss all the other good stuff, i assume you tend to only watch Shounen too.

since Tower of God is korean and i'll assume the same for Noblesse since i never heard of it.
so i haven't really seen any news related to them.
I've read a little bit of Tower of God (well most of all that available lol) and it's ok but tbh i'd much rather see Solo Leveling or Moonlight Sculptor get an anime series
