Hi,

I've been getting rather low fps (Don't go over 120 fps on any game) and very high fps drops (drops to 15fps) with my new setup..

I'm a real noob at these type of things so sorry for mis-information..

Mobo: GIGABYTE AORUS X570 AORUS PRO
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
RAM: G.Skill 16 GB DDR4-3000
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-650
GPU: GTX 1070

I'm playing modern warfare/ pubg / borderlands 3 / Escape from tarkov

I did a full install with win10 and installed all the drivers except for bios ones from gigabyte site (i can't seem to install them..)

edit: also my fans are always going slow-high and i don't know how to fix them

Are you plugged into the motherboard or the GPU for your display?

How are you trying to install them?
Fans are controlled in Bios or via software.
You installed GPU drivers from gigabyte or Nvidia?

It's hooked up to the GPU

I downloaded them via -> https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios
When i want to install them it says that 'this is not meant for this type of motherboard and i should contact my supplier'..

Installed GPU driver from ->https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/103913/en-us

So you need the f11 bios update.
it needs to be put on a usb drive and flashed in the bios.

Your BIOS file
https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/BIOS/mb_bios_x570-aorus-pro_f11.zip

This breaks down your bios

Once in bios you need to hit f8 and use q-flash with a usb thumb drive in the pc with that file above on it.
DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR MACHINE DURING THE UPDATE.
