Hi!

I'm currently following this build https://odealo.com/articles/cyclone-slayer-resolute-technique-budget-build

I got maybe 3-4 exalts now, so I wanted to know what I can do to upgrade further than this guide, because they only recommend items within a 1 exalt budget.
I see that kaoms heart is cheap ~60 c atm, is there any way I could implement that item in this build? if so, which gems should i sacrifice, and is it even worth doing so?
