Computer turns on, all fans/lights start spinning, AIO turns on, RAM activating etc. but no BIOS pops up. Brand new build, and no troubleshooting lights popped up after the initial cycle. Then green light on mobo pops up which means a boot issue.

Semi-afraid of resetting the CMOS because I don't have anti static wristband etc. and don't want to fry my shit. Thoughts on what it could be? No signal on monitor but PC seems to be connected properly. Checked to see if all cables plugged, stuff is seated, etc.


Hoping I don't have a faulty mobo.

Make sure the monitor is "set" to the correct cable type, and re-seat the RAM. The RAM should be in the 2nd and the 4th slot when counting left to right, away from the CPU.
