Might be a long shot cuz you kiddos may be a bunch of broke buzzinz, but would anyone be interested in a sub dedicated to discussion on stocks, the economy, markets, commodities, building of wealth, etc. Basically anything that can be bought/sold on your brokerage accounts.

Imagine, the whales of d2jsp pumping and dumping some stocks. Would be cool to get a community to work together and talk about sweet trades they’ve made/making/stock analysis.

Too little activity and we already have dedicated topics running in the General Chat or the Donor Forum - no, sorry.

There’s a DF thread on this forum and that’s about it. Wouldn’t be any more dead than some other forums here tho. Also if there was forum it would be a place for other users to go given these threads get shut down in GC and not everyone has access to them in DF

voting yes although im not into any of these topics myself. but i think it cannot be bad or damage the site when one at least creates these
forums and let them go.. see if there is any activity and take further necessary action after seeing the results.
who knows, the outcome could be pretty good for everyone. and if there is no interest, it shouldnt be a great issue taking them down / removing them from this site.

Voting yes because I am well aware that this forum has a big variation of people. Some are less educated but with a lot of experience and ambition, some are highly educated but without experience and energy, and some has it all! The diversity you get on d2jsp is something you do not get on other places, multiply that with the friendly & relaxed environment we got here and the sum is a great place to gather friends & connections for a lifetime.

Every project that has potential to unite people with passion for a subject (e.g stocktrading) is a good project. The idea here may or may not benefit the whole community, but there is nothing wrong in trying something new nor are there anything wrong with failure. The growth and expansion should never rest
