are the stats an always active passive or do they just activate when the spell is cast and last until the end of the fight?

you reffer at stats from glyphs? if yes, those stay until glyph timer goes off

edit: my bad, yes stats from charm stay forever, are added to stats overall
but only stats from main charm slot, if place in 2nd charm slot stats dont matter, they dont add at all

i do experiments on skills for now and also trying to figure out when is optimal % to use abilities
