Instead of adding another stat, would this incorporate into EES?

Would it be difficult to dictate auto keeping/trashing certain tiers? Like a checklist option.
We already have the stack % to choose auto stacking within % in each tier that would work with it.

On mobile so no paint/picture option.

I think the thought of having to trash is wrong. It's horrible how I'm going to hit 49 at some point, and even in a well, I'm going to have 8 tiers of fish that I'm catching, but only 1-2 that I get cooking prof from. I have a discrepancy of 10 ranks between cooking and fishing, lol.
