focus target particular opposing enemy healers together with some cc/stun and interrupt locking while the surrounding dps are snared, slowed and line of sighted while you have your stealth players on your team constantly try to ninja a flag or whatever it may be in that particular bg. just requires minimal communication and half-decent gear. spamming aoe around flag cappers on the enemy team will work like a charm in most cases as well.
