Voted yes. As a mediator I’ll say there are many times when I go to mediate a trade and the users have already traded or the trade was cancelled. Would be nice if people could cancel their mediation requests.

Only downside I can see is if someone tries to cancel a mediation while the mediation is taking place. If the option to cancel were to be grayed out once a mediator has accepted the mediation, I feel like that would work perfectly.

Maybe show like mediation in progress by: (mediator)

Its cause the system while having good intentions is slow and useless.
Users assume risk regardless and move on vs waiting such long periods.

Would make more sense to have a system in place like S/A helpers to recruit users to act as mediators.
I'm not saying its not going to have issues, but lets be honest here if a tagged users fucks up or scams
they are not getting the fg back unless that user repays. So its no different if its a "trusted" user or any
other user at the end of the day.
