I used to wrestle D1 in undergrad, and over the years my thighs have become very fat and chunky my game plan to reducing these thunder thighs and atrophy my legs overall due to not fitting in pants and aesthetics looks unproportional is too do low state aerobic cardio for 45-60 mins 4-5x a week and also staying away from anything that can build muscles (basically skipping leg day lol);
I'm 5'6 155 pounds 11% BF; don't really care for strength etc since im not competing anymore; would love some further advice
ofc I know you cant spot reduce (but this is still controversial bc your lower portion of your body is only your legs which is actually spot reducible as the legs overall vs your upper body where you cant choose what part you want to reduce); so i plan on going on a caloric deficit also and going back to counting macros @ 1900 total cals 60fat/20p/20c

The not wanting to build muscle part is dumb lol
