Triss is way off not just in appearance, but her character in the show is about as interesting as a wet paper bag. Also, do you see Garalt having a long sex affair with the current Fringlla? Because that happened in the books, and it happened over a decent period of time in the books.
Its amusing how they just tried to slap a ton of makeup and hair dye on Triss between seasons to try to make her appearance more in line with the books rather than just casting it right the first time.
