The heat in my pc while playing the outer world reached 85c on the cpu and 80 on the gpu. In the bios i dropped the cpu core ratio to 39.00 instead of 42.00(it was overclocked in the base settings)

Is it a good idea to start with this or there is something else i can do(its a brand new pc)

maybe spend less time with online gaming and stick to the school away from computer like your mom constantly try to remind you..
