I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the graphics module set up in windows 10. Ive installed it to the pathway all of the tutorials describe, ive tried writing it(copypasta) from a .txt file, etc. and I cant get this stupid thing to import into my code using PyCharm 2019.3 community edition. Plz help, my instructor is of no use whatsoever.

Just a little insight - while learning it may be more beneficial to use an IDE without autocompletion - even without an environment such as PyCharm, just because you'll learn how things interact with each other and have a closer understanding to it.

If you need any help with Python, or Graphics.py, hit me up! I've done a couple years of projects with both.
