Anyone know if its a chance to get what the fragment says or is it guaranteed??

Just did one with a fragment that said "Drops 6link Unique" and no unique dropped after kill

Ya i know. Alot of people reported this issue and now its supposedly fixed with the new patch. Still pissed lol
