So 12-10-2019 , I was playing the game , doing some super insanely fast T14-16 maps with some other standard players.
40" 4k samsung tv, running like 3840x2160 resolution, Medium settings @ 60-80 fps. like for nearly 7 hours

12-11-2019 , I was playing for only 3 hours, doing solo T5-7 maps.
closed the game, made some pizza rolls, watched some tv,
was later at night.... then the game was running kind of slow , then just froze

12-12- , and today even...
As soon as i login... click play, game loads, i can even hardly click my stash/chest, or click the waypoint thing to go to my hideout.
F1 , game says i have like 64 fps, but it feels literally like 3-15 fps , if i try to do anything in my hideout, like right=click to use cyclone,
game just freezes for 30 seconds, and then i get disconnected.


I play in a super cold room, its wisconsin/winter
Speccy:
cpu i5 3570k -25c
motherboard biostar b75mu3+ 26C
gpu GTX 1080 EVGA 37C
storage samsung 840PRO 21C

Things I have tried.
restart the computer 5 times, also ( ran avast full scan + scan @ bootup )
Fresh install of Nvidia Graphics drivers.
Switched from USB WIFI stick, to an ethernet cat 5 cable.
Visited C:documents/mygames, and deleted the POE folder for fresh loadup.
Tried adjusting to a resolution of 1080, didn't help unfortunately.

Uninstalled , and re-installed path of exile ( deleted all poe related folders ) in appdate and programdate ect.
No problems doing anything on firefox, like shopping, or idle clicker games, played diablo 3 for like 10 minutes , just to see, and that game ran fine.

But as soon as i try to play path of exile, for some reason the cpu and GPU %'s in task manager instantly go to nearly 70-80% , and they used to be 35-50%.


Is anyone else having this issue?
I guess the only thing i haven't tried, is making a fresh/new account... about to test that here shortly.

Edit, tried a new account, just incase my account was bugged. same issue.

also, i think i found my problem.
Due to the cold ass weather, i might just be having a bad internet issue.
Because stuff is downloading at 210 to 270k , and spikes to 340kb.
should be downloading @ nearly 1.8 to 2.3mb
I did a speedtest @ speedtest.net , the page took almost 1 minute to load, but said i had 16 ms for the ping, and was downloading @ 10 megs down, 11 up...
but there was like delays... it was weird.

Edit: Called Charter Spectrum, Rep had a 3 way call with me and tech dept, Something wrong with 1 of the poles in the nearby area, so there sending someone out for repairs , yay.
Problem solved i guess.
