Light sorc is by far the most efficient imo if you have an infinity. You pretty much wont be able to run either smoothly as a hybrid build imo.

google? just search light sorc build and both jsp and d2net should have alot of links. A named build that comes to mind from back in the day is chidori but i could be wrong about that. Pretty much max light and all combo skills and have an infinity. Light sorc works with full tals, half tals, or your basic higher tier caster gear.

Everything depends on what exactly your trying to do. Do you want max dps? Max survivability? most efficient mf? Most affordable? These are all important questions you need to answer b4 asking for a build imo
