If I did 185x2 first time benching in 5 years? In 2 months what can I bench?

hey there! Certified personal trainer (NASM) and Pro card powerlifter at your service :) while a traditional measure of your 1RM would be approx 200-205 with those numbers, im confident you can do much more in the near future! because its been years, it will take a few weeks of training (maybe bench twice a week) to regain your stability under the bar, and with that comes more weight! you most likely havent had a good chance to practice bar placement, tightening your core or implementing leg drive! all great things :) i would recommend trying to do more 5-8 rep sets with a lower weight for approx 5-6 sets, and about 4 minute rest times between sets. do this for like 3-4 weeks and then get under the bar and rock it out! if you have any questions lemme know!

im many federations you receive your "pro card" for winning at your age/weight in a sanctioned meet, which allows you to compete at nationals for said federation.

like bodybuilding?

Ive never heard of it with powerlifting

What fed are you lifting in?
