while a traditional measure of your 1RM would be approx 200-205 with those numbers, im confident you can do much more in the near future! because its been years, it will take a few weeks of training (maybe bench twice a week) to regain your stability under the bar, and with that comes more weight! you most likely havent had a good chance to practice bar placement, tightening your core or implementing leg drive! all great things
i would recommend trying to do more 5-8 rep sets with a lower weight for approx 5-6 sets, and about 4 minute rest times between sets. do this for like 3-4 weeks and then get under the bar and rock it out! if you have any questions lemme know!
