1. Installed D2 on Friday evening. When I tried to connect, it said "You were disconnected from Battle.net. Please reconnect."
2. Google did not help much.
3. On Saturday morning, I logged a ticket with Blizzard.
4. On Sunday, Blizzard confirmed that I was IP banned, and although they don't know the reason for this ban, they have suggested I get a new IP address from my ISP.
5. Little do they know, I actually already gave up on Saturday and installed Path of Diablo instead. Have been having great fun with that. :)
