Was dueling a conc barb on my sin the other day. When i casted cloak of shadows on him, the defense boost from conc didnt work.

Thought this was a pretty cool thing to share, anyone else experimented with this?

I wonder if this is actually true, or if its a glitch on the character display screen. That seems like a very hard variable to isolate for trsting/fact checking purposes
