Step 1, strengt needed from gear? Rings and ammu choice:
25base + 40 inventory = 65.
103 eni ap - 65 = 38.
103 - 25 - (clvl * 0,75) - 1 = how meni str can stat.
103 - 25 - (74) - 1 = 3 for lvl 99 hammerdongs.
Which means:
Bug belt builds: 38-15 = 23 str needed from ring.
Dungo builds: Need total of 38 str from ammu + ring.
Stats are more worth on pala than life when it comes to rings/ammu.
Best ring + ammu in slot for bb builds:
10fcr, 23str, 15dex, 20life,11@ ring + 2pala/20fcr/20dex/60life (can also carry one with 2/20/dex/@ or cr/lr for vs blizz/foh)
Secondary rings(if u bother) :
10fcr, 23str, 15dex, 20life, 30cr
10fcr, 23str, 15dex, 20life, 30lr
Best ring and ammu in slot for dungo builds:
10fcr, 5str, 15dex, 60life, 11@ (can also have 1 with 30 singe res instead for vs blizz/psn/foh)

Belt = done discussed, but dungo builds open up for arach and tg versions, since dungo dont provide u str.

This build dont need grief etc.
Smite foh vs soso/necro wsg'ers, or time their desync.
This build got advantage vs every other build in the game.
Vs dudu: Use cnbf and smite them out of their zoo. Stun them with foh if they leave.
Vs necro: outplay him, smite foh if got chance
Vs soso: Smite foh and jump, out she
Vs bowa: C/t tele is ur friend, push them hard so they cannot line up to many projectiles. If loads of bolt + ow abuse C/T tele for the win.
Vs hammers: Blindspot, smite him out of ur blindspot, time a jump(1 hammer hit ur oak, his oak already left and BAM he dead - needs correct timing and sometimes fails in lag or if enemy mb/leap/kb/fhr/fbr inputs meanwhile)
Vs smiter: Dont jump unless safe, blindspot he. Outplay him. If he jumps with oak, spam hammers and charge out southwest(hammers deals dmg when u charge even if massive stun)
Vs assa: Put on direct dr eq and legit abs and outplay him
Vs baba: Jump if it works, time ur placement and push his desynced wirls into joderclouds, when he stop to adjust u jump.
Charge vs stun.
