Hello I am noob in classic and I would like to play a bone necro with ce and I don't want to carry an inventory full of mana potions. What can I build?

For necro you can use wall of the eyeless which gives 5 mana after each kill

Other than that sojs or mana rings will help, and if you still want more then you have to add hard points which is ok for pvm

2x fcr/mana/mpk rings are also nice
lets you use frosties

Yeah use wall of the eyeless and sojs, and put points into energy lol

In year 2020, 20 years after release of game we need a guide on how to spend stat points into energy lol

Sorry but that’s dumb. Just use mana pots. You are handicapping your character with every point you don’t put into Vitality.
