Slow is bm and bm is max block and mb is also mind blast.

ive done a bit of testing, and even with 5 wolves constantly casting on the kiting bowa they can still get away effectively.

at lvl 12 imo losing block to apply slow makes it an even trade, or for that matter even clegs gloves as KB pushes them away.

my built used full angelics, and scimtar has awful range. razortine has great range but no block. and vs other lvl 12s in ranged you'll face off against a bowa in almost all duels, not many other builds in the bracket active (and vlld isnt active in any real sense).

ya i know u dont have issues with wonky changes, but when i first suggested razortine on a shifter i got a lot of pushback. :P
