Hi@ I bought new laptop hp pavilion power and on official website they not support drivers for win 8 etc, only for win 10
So my question is if still there is a chance to use win 8? Cuz I don’t have WiFi drivers after fresh instal when I pin WiFi to my modem, should automatically download drivers? Or I must look on other not official websites?

Thanks for any help

You can use AIDA64 to find the license key for Windows 8, then use that key to upgrade to Windows 10.

i'm trying to make sense of what you're saying...

are you saying you want to update your wifi adapter drivers on your laptop?

I would just get rid of Windows 8 entirely. Without knowing the make and model of the laptop, I can't tell for sure, but some of the new hardware won't work with anything less than Windows 10.

/e On a side note... Win 10 is like 1000X better than Win 8 anyhow.

Well when I’m instal win 10 I got most of the drivers on it, for example WiFi, rest it’s update automatically
When I instal win 8 I don’t have WiFi drivers, and on internet l hp website they support drivers only for win 10
